HIP is the first instance of utilizing an AI platform in the steelmaking and refining sector with LLM. S2W anticipates the future application of SAIP across various industries, including finance, steel/chemical, and ICT.
‘HIP’ is a platform designed to enhance employee efficiency by providing a sophisticated knowledge information system to its employees, improving internal document search efficiency, and offering management support chatbots, leveraging expert-level knowledge and information.
S2W has tailored big data specifically for the steel industry and enhanced the accuracy of HIP with our unique AI technology, utilizing ontology-based LLM.
Additionally, SAIP incorporates a security-enhanced structure with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), protecting against internal threats such as data breaches, ensuring both accuracy and safety.
