Keuntae Park, CTO of S2W, introduced the company’s unique knowledge graph technology in an interview with ZDNet Korea, highlighting its strength in ontology-based automation.
If conventional generative AI automates around 80 to 90 percent of tasks, S2W achieves over 95 percent precision by leveraging ontology-driven knowledge graphs that enable contextual understanding beyond simple data extraction.
From early on, S2W has built semantic reasoning AI that moves beyond keyword search to deliver meaningful insights. Its industrial generative AI platform, SAIP, is already in use by Hyundai Steel and Lotte Members to drive real productivity gains.
Park also noted that complex industries require a multi-agent structure, where domain-specific AI agents collaborate to solve problems. This is the direction S2W is pursuing for its next phase of AI evolution.
