⚠️Brazilian government agency's internal data leaked, stolen vehicle data freely shared on dark web hacking forums

• On March 25th, internal Brazilian government data was found shared on the dark web forum BreachForums.
• The data includes details on managing criminal vehicles: owner IDs, vehicle status, type, plates, brand, model, color, year, neighbors, addresses, and detailed incident reports.
• Leaking this data poses risks of criminals exploiting information such as vehicle location, theft incidents, and personal victim data, requiring heightened vigilance.

⚠️Massive 60GB dataset from a US medical research institute being sold via Russian hacking forums

• On March 27th, a user named Ddarknotevil on a dark web Russian hacking forum posted listings selling personal information of patients from a US medical research institute.
• The data being sold, totaling 60GB, includes patients' names, addresses, contact details, and social security numbers. Images shared by the seller as samples revealed copies of IDs and detailed medical information of each patient.
• The medical research institute is located in Maryland, USA, and is known for conducting advanced genetics research.

⚠️Sale of sensitive Taiwanese student data detected, including unique student and parental details, ethnic information, etc.

• Sensitive personal information of around 20,000 Taiwanese students is being sold on a dark web hacking forum.
• On March 27th, a user named Tanaka on BreachForums offered data including students' names, genders, ID numbers, birthdates, addresses, parents' details, contact info, and unique student statuses.
• Tanaka has a history of leaking data from companies in Japan and banks in Indonesia.
