🔍 South Korean Financial Network Access for Sale on Russian Hacking Forum


• Access to the internal network of a South Korean financial firm has been listed for sale on the XSS hacking forum.


• On October 25, a threat actor named "Кот Ученый" posted that they were selling VPN access to a South Korean financial firm. According to the seller, the firm is fully owned by a UK-based parent company and has an annual revenue of $1.6 billion.


• S2W’s analysis suggests the company is likely the prominent South Korean investment firm M.


• The seller is known for specializing in selling access to corporate networks worldwide and has a reputation for reliable data.




🔍 Taiwan Telecom Network Breach Access Listed with Backdoor Bypass


• Access to the internal network of a major Taiwanese telecom company was posted for sale on the hacking forum BreachForums.


• On October 30, threat actor Sukob advertised access to a Taiwanese telecom firm with annual revenue of $55 billion. The post claims that while the company has a firewall, it can be bypassed through a backdoor, enabling network access and program installations.


• Although the company name was not disclosed, the revenue scale suggests it is among Taiwan’s largest firms. The listed price for access is approximately 7 million KRW.



🔍 Bangladeshi Hacktivist Group Attacks Israeli Defense Firm Website


• The website of an Israeli defense and IT firm, T**, was reportedly disrupted by a cyber attack from the Bangladeshi hacktivist group ‘Mysterious Team Bangladesh’.


• On October 30, the group announced on their Telegram channel that they had attacked T’s website, resulting in a service outage.


• T is a global defense firm specializing in C4iSTAR (Command, Control, Communication, Surveillance, Reconnaissance, and Target Acquisition) systems, military technologies, and cybersecurity solutions.


• The group has recently escalated cyber attacks against various Israeli companies, citing Israel’s actions in Palestine as their motivation.
